Wedding planning can be stressful; to help smooth the process I’ve created a list of common questions I get from brides and other party planners! Of course should you still have questions or any other inquiries I am always just an email away!

When do I have to have the information to be lettered on the signs into you by?

Information to be lettered on signs is asked to be sent two weeks before event date. Please send

information in word doc or PDF format. Inspiration pictures are encouraged!

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, large changes (adding or withdrawing signs) can be made up to one month in advance,

small changes (ie/ last minute RSVPs) can be made up to 1 week in advance. Adding additional

signage is based on rental and calendar date availability.

When is final payment due?

Payment is due 1 month in advance. Please note, work will not be started until payment is

received. Late payments are subject to a 25% fee and risk of losing event date/rental items.

*Damage deposit may be paid at a later date.

 

What if I need to cancel my order?

Bookings may be cancelled up to one month in advance without penalty. 50% of payment will be

kept for bookings cancelled under one months’ notice. Payment is non-refundable for orders

cancelled within two weeks or less.

When will my signs be ready for pick up?

Your signs will be ready for pick up two days prior to you event date unless otherwise discussed.

Should you order be ready early you will be notified ahead of time and we can arrange a

convenient pick up date. Should you require a specific pick up date please notify me upon

booking. Extended rental dates are available upon request (please email with your dates for

pricing).

When do rental signs need to be returned?

Rental items are to be returned two days following event date unless otherwise discussed.

If providing my own signs, when do I have to have them dropped off to you?

Two weeks in advance minimum but more time is always encouraged!

Do you offer venue delivery and pick up?

I do! We travel from Vancouver - Chilliwack at a flat rate and can travel further distance upon

request.

Do you offer design meetings, consults, rental viewing appointments, or mock designs?

Absolutely! Design meetings, consultations, rental viewing appointments can all be made

possible!

 

What if I need something created last minute?

I will always do my best to accommodate last minute orders or requests. Orders under 2 weeks’

notice with be subject to a $35.00 rush fee. Orders one week or under will be subject to a $55.00

rush fee.

Do we have to sign a contract?

If renting, yes. The contract outlines the expectations of yourself and I as well as rental item

details, invoice, payment, pick up/return information, and or delivery services.

If renting, do you require a damage deposit?

Yes, damage deposits are required on all rental items and based on the value of signage being

rented out. Please note, signs will not be released until damage deposits are received. Damage

deposits are returned via etransfer up to 72hours after rental items are returned.

What methods of payment do you accept?

As of right now payments are collected through etransfer.
